When will a specific item be restocked?

At Sashay Couture Boutique, we like to keep new merchandise constantly coming in, therefore, restocks are sometimes not available. You can sign up for our email list and you will be notified of new or restocked inventory.

Are your sizes based on US measurements?

We use standard US measurements for Women’s and Women’s Plus Size (S-3XL).   Please refer to our size chart for more specific information.  Any additional sizing details will be listed per item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards via Shop Payments (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) as well as direct PayPal account payments, Amazon Pay. 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method. 

Do you offer Buy Now/Pay Later or Pay in 4?

We offer several methods and they each have their own qualifications.  Please see Below:

How secure is your online store?

All payments are processed in the e-commerce payment gateway via Shop Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.  These payment gateways are some of the most trusted payment gateways in the world and uses the highest level of encryption and data security which ensures your details are protected.  

What is your Exchange / Return policy?

Our customer’s satisfaction is of the utmost importance.  Unused and Unworn items may be exchanged for item(s) of equal value or store credit. All original tags MUST be attached. Only one exchange per transaction will be granted.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

International orders are typically delivered within 10-12 days, depending upon the destination and customs processing. Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal e-Check will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the e-Check transfer period.

Do you ship internationally?

Hello Beautiful, I’m Sadie, the fashion buyer and operational brains behind Sashay Couture Boutique where each fabulous piece is carefully selected with you in mind.

Sashay Couture Boutique LLC was launched in October 2021 after being encouraged to become a fashion model. I spent several months trying to figure out how I could incorporate my lifelong artistic skills as a professional photographer (take a peek here) with the fashionable edge that I seem to possess. I came up with an idea to successfully merge these two and embarked upon a whole new endeaver that I have truly fallen in love with. And there you have it Ladies, Sashay Couture Boutique was born.

Sashay Couture Boutique has expanded to offer a wide collection of exclusive apparel and statement piece accessories from some of the best designers and manufactures in the industry. We have monthly pop-up events to allow our customers to experience our boutique up close and personal along with having online accessibility.
