RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return and Refund Policy (UPDATED 01/01/2024)
**FULL REFUNDS are given within the first 7 days of a RETURN (No Exception)
On the 8th Day we will offer an Even EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT if Item is received within 21 days!
Because we know that sometimes the fit isn’t right, here at Sashay Couture Boutique we are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any acceptable item returned to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of any perfume or cologne smells, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Please do not return any merchandise outside of the return window without contacting customer service.)
To start a return, you can start the process by going to our Return & Exchange Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
